The GALVI DIN failsafe shoe brakes are designed in accordance with DIN 15435 standards, featuring the reliable HYDRO GALVI electrohydraulic thrusters. These brakes ensure safety and performance with their robust construction and advanced features, making them ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications.

• Aluminium DIN 15435 Brake Shoes (CD): Equipped with steel bushings for enhanced durability.
• Asbestos-Free Linings (42): Provides a theoretical friction coefficient of μ = 0.42, ensuring safe and effective braking.
• Galvanized Pins (PS): Offers excellent corrosion resistance.
• Self-Lubricating Bushes (AU): Reduces maintenance needs on main pins.
• Epoxy Antisalt Paint: Finished in grey (RAL 7001) for superior protection against harsh environments.

  • Cast iron levers and base for models with diameters from 160 mm to 500 mm.
